All routine laboratory tests included (CBC, Chemistry, Lipid Panel, and other associated test for preventative work).
Covered immunizations include annual influenza vaccine and tetanus-diphtheria update. Other immunizations, such as Pneumonia, Shingrix (shingles), Gardasil, Meningitis, Hepatitis, etc., can be obtained and administered but are not included in the annual professional fee. These are typically free of charge with most insurances and is simple to receive at a local pharmacy.
